Do you have any print requirements?
Yes, it is important that all logos and artwork being submitted for custom print orders be high resolution. We accept the following artwork formats: eps, ai, pdf, jpeg, psd, and TIFF.
What's the Shadys mesh made of?
The mesh is a vinyl-coated polyester that is mildew and fade resistant. Although a "see-thru" material, the mesh provides up to 90% shade and significant protection from the sun's harmful UV rays that can cause skin damage and premature aging.
Will my printed logo or artwork fade?
As with any printed item, some fading may occur over time and extended high exposure to the sun...but it'll be a long time!
Do Shadys need to be cleaned?
Occassionally as needed using water and a mild soap.
How do Shadys attach to golf carts?
It couldn't be easier! Shadys attach between the front and back roof posts with easy to use adjustable Velcro straps, and to the side of the golf cart with an adjustable suction cup that won't damage the golf cart. There's even two straps located at the top of the Shadys that attach to roof handles for added support (roof handle locations may vary). *Note, even if your golf cart does not have roof handles you can still use a Shadys by securing the straps tightly and taught between the front and back roof posts.

What is your Warranty?
We, at Shadys, pride ourselves not only on our sleek engineered designs, but also on the fact that we use top quality materials to manufacturer your Shadys. Shadys are fully warranted against any defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years.
If you should ever have a problem, please call us toll free at 1-877-SHADYS-1, or send us your Shadys with a letter of explanation. Our courteous staff will be more than happy to help you, and we’ll repair it for free. Shadys are not warrantied against normal wear and tear. Shadys shade screens are made to last!
Where Can I Find the Install Instructions?
The installation instructions are provided in the form of a video located at the top right corner of the Shadys Home page. You can also email us at, info@SHADYS.com and we'll be more than happy to email you a copy ASAP!
What if my Shadys tears?
Shadys are backed by a 3 year warranty against manufacturing, stitching, and material defects. If you have a problem with the stitching, simply ship us your Shadys with a letter of explanation and we'll repair it for you at no cost. Please see the Warranty link on our home page for full details.
Will you sell my e-mail address?
Absolutely not! Nobody ever sees your email or physical address except for Shadys. We don't sell or share your info. We also do not store your credit card information in any way, shape or form. Whatever personal information you give us, is safe, secure and private.

When you purchase a Shadys product from our website, we ask you for the following information: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card. This information is only used to process your order and if necessary, to contact you for help when we are processing your order. All information we collect is stored in a secure database except for your credit card information which is not disclosed to Shadys, but processed through a secure Credit Card Merchant. We use a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) digital certificate provider to provide our customers the strongest certificate services available. Your credit card information is encrypted while traveling the Internet.
Shadys also collects e-mail addresses voluntarily to inform our customers that we received the order and update the order status as necessary.

How long do I have to wait to receive my Shadys after I place my order?
Shadys Original (without a logo) ship within 24hrs of receiving your order, and will arrive within 3-4 business days via FedEx (Note, cut-off time for receiving orders is 2:30pm "Pacific Time Zone", M-F). Shadys Custom (printed with logos or mural) require up to 21 days for delivery upon artwork proof sign-off. We can also expedite your order in case you need a Shadys for an upcoming golf vacation, tournament, golf event, or if you simply need a Shadys for the perfect gift!
Can I take Shadys with me everywhere I travel and want sun protection?
Yes. Shadys are designed for "easy store & carry" by rolling-up tightly and slipping into a soft nylon bag that clips onto your golf bag...and fits perfectly into your suitcase!
What's the rest of my Shadys made of?
Using only the highest quality materials, Shadys are made to endure the rigors of extreme climates and conditions including, dry, wet, hot, cold, and humid weather. The straps and webbing are made of military-grade nylon, and only military-grade strength thread is used for the stitching. Finally, the design-pattern panels are vinyl coated and reinforced to resist nature's toughest elements and abuse.
Can one Shadys fit either the driver-side or passenger-side of the golf cart?
Absolutely! Shadys is your personal "take anywhere" golf cart shade screen that travels with you regardless if you want to attach it to the driver-side or passenger-side of the golf cart.
What golf carts do Shadys fit?
Shadys are designed to fit most standard two-seater four-post golf carts such as E-Z-GO, Club Car, Yamaha, and Star, and most custom golf carts too! Even if there are no roof handles, or the roof handles are positioned in a manner that does not allow the back of the Shadys to rest flush against the back roof post, Shadys are designed to attach securely between the front and back roof post when the straps are pulled tight and taught.

Will Shadys block my vision?
Shadys is made of a see-thru mesh and designed to provide as little visual obstruction as possible. Due to the way our eyes "see things", black is the easiest color to see thru, followed by beige, and white. *Note, for print quality purposes, we do not print on black.
Do Shadys obstruct my ability to enter and exit the golf cart?
No. Shadys are designed so you can easily enter and exit the golf cart without having to touch or move the Shadys out of your way...there are no zippers, buttons, or snaps! In fact, visit our ProShop at: www.shadys.com and buy a Shadys Retractable as the ultimate "ease of entry" option!
