Warranty Policy

We, at Shadys, pride ourselves not only on our sleek engineered designs, but also on the fact that we use top quality materials to manufacturer your Shadys screen. All of our Shadys screens are fully warrantied against any defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years.

If you should ever have a problem, please call us toll free at 1-877-SHADYS-1, or send us your Shadys with a letter of explanation.  Our courteous staff will be more than happy to help you and we’ll either repair or replace it for free.  Shadys screens are warrantied against normal wear and tear, not hauling rocks or playing tug 'o war.  However, Shadys are not warrantied against the fading of any printed artwork, designs, logos, names, or initials.
